About the position

The Information Risk and Cybersecurity (IRC) Recruiter at Northwestern Mutual is a pivotal role within the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on full-cycle recruiting for both contract and full-time positions. This position is designed for a proactive individual who can build strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting the growth of the IRC organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for both contract and full-time roles.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment with their needs.
  • Maintain accurate and clean data in Workday.
  • Research and identify new recruiting channels using competitive intelligence and industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably at high-growth FinTech companies.
  • Fundamental understanding of technology concepts, specifically in cybersecurity.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to identify and penetrate new recruiting channels based on research and industry knowledge.
  • Outstanding interviewing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Workday as an ATS.
