About the position

The Information Risk and Cybersecurity (IRC) Recruiter at Genesis10 is a multifaceted role focused on leading full-cycle recruiting for both contract and full-time positions within the IRC organization. This position emphasizes building strong relationships with hiring managers, maintaining data integrity in the recruitment process, and exploring innovative recruiting channels to attract top talent in the cybersecurity field. The recruiter will play a crucial role in enhancing the candidate experience and supporting the growth of the IRC team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for both contract and full-time roles at Northwestern Mutual.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment with their needs.
• Maintain accurate and clean data in Workday.
• Research and identify new recruiting channels using competitive intelligence and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth FinTech companies.
• Fundamental understanding of technology concepts, specifically in cybersecurity.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to identify and penetrate new recruiting channels based on research and industry knowledge.
• Outstanding interviewing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Workday as an ATS.
