About the position

The Talent Acquisition Technology Manager at Deloitte is responsible for overseeing the management and enhancement of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Avature. This role involves collaborating with various teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition processes. The manager will lead technology operations, manage product backlogs, and ensure successful system integrations while providing leadership and mentorship to a team of system administrators.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Technology Operations by overseeing the Avature product backlog to stabilize operations and drive system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT Services and vendors to expedite backlog work for efficiency.
  • Support System Integration by partnering with Global Technology to integrate the Avature CRM system with the ATS.
  • Ensure Project Success by keeping project teams/vendors on task and managing weekly technical and vendor release calls.
  • Oversee Change Control by prioritizing, scoping, and scheduling internal configuration and development.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to prioritize vendor changes and enhancements, managing deadlines and delivery schedules.
  • Quality Assurance through overseeing test planning and user acceptance testing with business teams.
  • Implement effective quality, risk, and issue management processes for Risk Management.
  • Liaise with IT Services and Global Talent to manage Talent Acquisition stakeholder expectations for Stakeholder Management.
  • Regularly exchange complex information with individuals at all levels for Communication.
  • Understand the broader Talent technology landscape to advise on system changes for Technology Landscape Insight.
  • Identify issues, present solutions, and determine the best course of action through analysis and input gathering for Problem Solving.
  • Lead and develop a team of system administrators, providing guidance on technical support, issue resolution, and legal/compliance matters for Team Leadership.
  • Mentor system administrators, acting as an escalation point for the team and Talent stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience leading ATS implementations or enhancements from concept to deployment
  • Operational experience managing a large complex ATS, including technical aspects of support
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Nice-to-haves

  • Avature experience / Avature certification
  • Subject matter experience with talent acquisition processes
  • Familiarity with OFCCP compliance, employee relations and other HR-related compliance matters
  • Knowledge of the professional services industry
