About the position

The Talent Acquisition Technology Manager at Deloitte is responsible for overseeing the management and enhancement of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Avature. This role involves collaborating with various teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition processes. The manager will lead a team of system administrators, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder management while maintaining a focus on quality assurance and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Avature product backlog to stabilize operations and drive system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT Services and vendors to expedite backlog work.
  • Partner with Global Technology to integrate the Avature CRM system with the ATS.
  • Manage project teams/vendors, ensuring they stay on task and meet deadlines.
  • Prioritize, scope, and schedule internal configuration and development changes.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to prioritize vendor changes and enhancements.
  • Oversee test planning and user acceptance testing with business teams.
  • Implement effective quality, risk, and issue management processes.
  • Liaise with IT Services and Global Talent, managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Regularly communicate complex information with individuals at all levels.
  • Advise on system changes based on insights into the broader Talent technology landscape.
  • Identify issues, present solutions, and determine the best course of action through analysis and input gathering.
  • Lead and develop a team of system administrators, providing guidance on technical support and compliance matters.
  • Mentor system administrators and act as an escalation point for the team and Talent stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience leading ATS implementations or enhancements
  • Operational experience managing a large complex ATS, including technical support aspects
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
  • Ability to travel 0-15% based on work and client needs

Nice-to-haves

  • Avature experience or certification
  • Subject matter experience with talent acquisition processes
  • Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and employee relations
  • Knowledge of the professional services industry
