About the position

The Talent Acquisition Technology Manager at Deloitte is responsible for overseeing the management and enhancement of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Avature. This role involves collaborating with various teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition processes. The manager will lead a team of system administrators, ensuring successful project delivery, stakeholder management, and quality assurance in technology operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Avature product backlog to stabilize operations and drive system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT Services and vendors to expedite backlog work.
  • Partner with Global Technology to integrate the Avature CRM system with the ATS.
  • Manage project teams/vendors, ensuring they stay on task and manage weekly technical and vendor release calls.
  • Prioritize, scope, and schedule internal configuration and development.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to prioritize vendor changes and enhancements.
  • Manage deadlines and delivery schedules for system enhancements.
  • Oversee test planning and user acceptance testing with business teams.
  • Implement effective quality, risk, and issue management processes.
  • Liaise with IT Services and Global Talent, managing Talent Acquisition stakeholder expectations.
  • Regularly exchange complex information with individuals at all levels.
  • Understand the broader Talent technology landscape to advise on system changes.
  • Identify issues, present solutions, and determine the best course of action through analysis and input gathering.
  • Lead and develop a team of system administrators, providing guidance on technical support, issue resolution, and legal/compliance matters.
  • Mentor system administrators, acting as an escalation point for the team and Talent stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience leading ATS implementations or enhancements from concept to deployment
  • Operational experience managing a large complex ATS, including technical aspects of support
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Nice-to-haves

  • Avature experience / Avature certification
  • Subject matter experience with talent acquisition processes
  • Familiarity with OFCCP compliance, employee relations and other HR-related compliance matters
  • Knowledge of the professional services industry
