About the position

Cox Enterprises is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Technology Operations Manager to join our team in a remote, work-from-home capacity. This role is essential in connecting talent with opportunity, enabling Cox to build a better future through a shared services organization that spans all Cox companies. The Talent Acquisition team operates in a matrix-style environment where autonomy, collaboration, and agility are vital to our success. Each team member has the responsibility and opportunity to influence strategies, innovate improvements, and drive exceptional experiences across our customer groups. As the Talent Acquisition Technology Operations Manager, you will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions aimed at streamlining and enhancing the talent acquisition process. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, including HR Technology, Talent Acquisition, and IBT, to develop and translate requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful execution. You will serve as the primary department owner and subject matter expert for talent acquisition technology platforms, developing and implementing both transitional and long-term product visions that align with the overall Talent Acquisition strategy. In this position, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders and end users to better understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled through future product enhancements. You will also review product releases and enhancements, work with stakeholders to determine priorities, and coordinate deployment activities. Collaborating with QA teams will be crucial to ensure the quality and integrity of product releases through thorough testing and validation. Additionally, you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of talent acquisition technology learnings to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary department owner of and subject matter expert for talent acquisition technology platforms.
  • Develop and implement transitional, short and long-term detailed product visions that align with the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and end users to better understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled through future product enhancements.
  • Review product releases and enhancements, working with stakeholders to determine priorities, and coordinate deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality and integrity of product releases through testing and validation.
  • Create and deliver talent acquisition technology learnings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Technology.
  • 2+ years' experience in Workday Recruiting, either in a configuration or implementation capacity.
  • Experience with Talent CRM technology (Phenom, Beamery, Avature, etc.).
  • Expert skills within Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Experience creating and delivering executive level presentations, developing communications and communicating to cross-functional audiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Beamery CRM.
  • Experience with AI Talent Tools (Paradox, HiredScore, Entelo, etc.).
  • Experience with Enterprise Business Intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience in technical training or a technical solution design role.
