This position plays a crucial role in building a strong workforce by implementing effective recruitment strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records of candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
