About the position

The position involves maintaining a portfolio of scalable Human Resources solutions, evaluating business needs, and developing hiring plans. The role includes screening, recruiting, and interviewing candidates, as well as implementing talent programs to attract and retain talent. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to integrate talent solutions into HR processes. The position allows for 100% telecommuting from any location in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an existing portfolio of scalable Human Resources solutions.
  • Evaluate business needs and competitive landscape to develop hiring plans.
  • Screen, recruit, interview, or recommend the placement of workers.
  • Develop, implement, or execute various talent programs to recruit and retain talent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent needs and integrate talent solutions into other processes and HR plans.
  • Develop processes to assess talent and forecast needs.
  • Manage candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Implement best practices and leverage data-driven recommendations regarding skills, opportunities, and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5 years progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in technical talent acquisition, recruitment, and/or HR experience.
  • 60 months of experience in leadership and mentoring.
  • 60 months of experience in human resources management & recruitment.
  • 60 months of experience in university recruiting practices.
  • 60 months of experience in global university recruiting knowledge.
  • 60 months of experience in internal HR consulting.
