About the position

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Los Angeles Apparel. In this role, you will lead efforts in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals who align with our company culture and mission. As part of your responsibilities, you will source candidates through various channels including job boards, job fairs, social media, networking, and referrals. You will utilize the Topgrading Methodology to conduct initial phone screenings, interviews, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' skills and experience. You will partner with managers and supervisors across different departments to understand their staffing needs and develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. You will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed of their status and providing timely feedback. Additionally, you will lead periodic check-ins with new hires to ensure their smooth transition into the company. Compliance with all legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process is essential, as is maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our software systems. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition is crucial, as you will review recruiting and onboarding metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement. This is an on-site position that has a starting rate of $17.28/hour with medical and dental benefits, 401k, and overtime opportunities. Cover letter is not required.
