About the position

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Specialist plays a crucial role within MYR Group's HR/Talent Acquisition department, focusing on the management and maintenance of the iCIMS suite of products. This includes overseeing various functionalities such as Applicant Tracking, Offer Management, Career Sites, CRM, Digital Assistant, Text Engagement, and Video Studio. The position is designed to ensure that the TA team and the organization can effectively utilize these tools to streamline recruitment processes and enhance the overall candidate experience. The TA Operations Specialist will have access to iCIMS Academy, Knowledge Base, Release Resources, and various events, webinars, and certifications to support their professional development. In this role, the specialist will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the iCIMS TA suite, providing support and training to the TA team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include user management, training design and delivery, report writing, dashboard creation, and maintaining job templates within the iCIMS system. The specialist will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, conducting quarterly audits of employee data, and managing the employee referral program. Additionally, the role involves coordinating social media postings and maintaining the TA SharePoint site, ensuring that all documentation and links are up to date. The position requires a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service. The TA Operations Specialist will work closely with various teams, including HR Compensation Specialists and recruiting agencies, to ensure that all recruitment tools and processes are functioning optimally. This hybrid position allows for flexibility in work location, with the expectation of regular attendance in the office or field as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the configuration and maintenance of the iCIMS suite of products including Applicant Tracking, Offer Management, Career Sites, CRM, Digital Assistant, Text Engagement, and Video Studio.
  • Provide support for the TA team and organization regarding iCIMS products.
  • Conduct user management, including training for new hires and managers.
  • Design, develop, and lead user training opportunities.
  • Interface with iCIMS Technical Support for troubleshooting and escalations.
  • Create and maintain job templates in iCIMS.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of employee data and job titles.
  • Support the Employee Referral Program and coordinate social media postings.
  • Maintain TA documentation and links on SharePoint.
  • Create and manage surveys and reports for TA processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of progressively-responsible experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience orchestrating and documenting recruitment processes and workflows.
  • Experience with report writing and dashboard creation.
  • Valid systems administration/systems support experience including ATS/HCM/HRIS, preferably iCIMS.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or HR related field preferred; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and Excel.

Nice-to-haves
