About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fuchs Lubricants is responsible for hiring exceptional talent to foster a high-performance culture within the organization. This role involves attracting, sourcing, assessing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions across U.S. and Canadian locations, ensuring that the hiring needs of the organization are met effectively. The position also encompasses various HR duties, including new hire processing and onboarding, while promoting a culture of creativity, empowerment, and work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• Attract, source, assess, and select qualified candidates for various positions.
• Manage full life-cycle recruiting from defining position requirements to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Interact daily with hiring managers and candidates to understand hiring needs.
• Handle new hire processing and onboarding activities.
• Support other HR duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing full life cycle recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as PHR, SHRM, AIRS are a plus.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.
