The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day functions of the recruiting team, ensuring that we continuously improve our hiring practices to provide a best-in-class candidate experience. This position will involve defining, designing, and implementing scalable recruiting strategies, with a keen focus on impacting company-wide diversity aspirations. The manager will advise business leaders on innovative sourcing strategies, utilizing external market insights and intelligence to influence direction. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Manager will identify areas for automation and workflow optimization to streamline the hiring process. They will drive accountability to deliver against organizational goals across their direct team and through collaboration with international teams, all while increasing efficiency and productivity. The manager will lead collaboration and innovative problem-solving across cross-functional partners to develop and execute a recruiting strategy for all business units across Central Maine Healthcare. Utilizing data to influence the overall recruiting strategy will be essential to increase the effectiveness of various programs and initiatives. Additionally, the manager will personally recruit for key positions to enable the business to meet its hiring goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and sourcing, with a proven ability to provide a consultative recruiting approach with internal stakeholders. They will be expected to bring creative sourcing strategies to all positions and have experience with metrics and analytics to inform areas of focus for the department. The role requires a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate independently as a results-oriented decision maker. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also serve as the champion of team member experience, ensuring an A+ experience for every individual, every day.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the day to day functions of the Recruiters
  • Continuously improve hiring practices to provide best in class candidate experience
  • Define, design and implement scalable recruiting strategies with a focus on company-wide diversity aspirations
  • Advise business leaders on innovative sourcing strategies utilizing external market insights and intelligence
  • Identify areas for automation and workflow optimization to streamline the hiring process

Requirements

  • High School Graduate; Bachelor Degree Preferred
  • Supervisor experience preferred
  • 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience
  • Proven background in providing a consultative recruiting approach with internal stakeholders
  • Proven experience in implementing best in class hiring practices
  • Experience bringing creative sourcing strategies to all positions
  • Clear communicator both written and verbal
  • Experience with metrics and analytics to inform areas of focus for the department
  • Business acumen combined with the ability to build and develop a world class team that delivers on its goals
