Care Advantage, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA), Human Resources (HR), and Operations teams to ensure that all aspects of the onboarding process are consistent, timely, and accurate. You will serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have as they navigate their new careers. Your efforts will directly contribute to the retention of our employees and the overall success of our onboarding initiatives.
