Care Advantage, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. The Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for new hires, helping them to integrate into our company culture and understand our policies and procedures. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA), Human Resources (HR), and Operations teams to ensure that all aspects of the onboarding process are consistent, timely, and accurate. You will serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have as they navigate their new careers. Your efforts will directly contribute to the retention of our employees and the overall success of our onboarding initiatives. The ideal candidate will be driven to provide exceptional service and support to new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from day one. Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Branch Recruiter and Scheduler to create and provide a world-class onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • Assist in follow-up and completion of new hire paperwork.
  • Assist in virtual and on-site orientations.
  • Be the primary point of contact with the Recruiter and Scheduler for new and existing employees.
  • Conduct regular follow-up calls with new hires.
  • Champion and participate in retention activities.
  • Participate as needed in recruitment and onboarding activities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in a people-facing capacity.
  • Excellent communication, follow-through, and time management skills.
  • Ability to influence in a positive manner.
  • Driven to service.
