About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Advanced Oxygen Therapy Inc. (AOTI) is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This position plays a crucial role in the full cycle recruitment process, particularly for medical device sales, clinical, and healthcare insurance administration positions. The specialist will collaborate with department managers, manage job postings, and ensure compliance with employment laws while promoting the company's culture and values.

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruitment for medical device sales, clinical, healthcare insurance administration, and corporate roles.
  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on role and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with department managers to draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Manage job postings on social media platforms and job boards.
  • Create engaging content for job advertisements to attract candidates.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries from prospective candidates on social media.
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit positions.
  • Schedule interviews and oversee preparation of interview materials.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Develop and distribute internal talent acquisition communications, including newsletters and flyers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for consistent messaging and branding.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Promote the company's culture, values, mission, and vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications and/or Human Resources is a plus.
  • At least four (4) years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting and navigating an ATS is required.
  • Experience hiring medical device sales, clinical, and/or healthcare insurance administration professionals is required.
  • Experience with external communications and job postings to social media outlets is a plus.
  • Experience with internal talent acquisition communications and TA flyer and newsletter generation is a plus.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Google Forms is a plus!
  • HR Management Certification is highly preferred.
