About the position

As a Talent Advisor at Randstad USA, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients, focusing on developing and executing talent strategies that align with client needs and market conditions. This hybrid role requires building strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring effective sourcing strategies are implemented to fulfill requisitions. You will manage the recruiting cycle in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various internal teams to deliver quality hires for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Fully responsible and single point of contact for Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions.
  • Performs intake call with Hiring Manager on assigned requisitions to clarify position requirements and manage expectations.
  • Acts as an advisor to client hiring managers on appropriate sourcing strategy.
  • Proactively gather market intelligence and share with internal team and hiring managers.
  • Meets or exceeds assigned daily/weekly account hiring goals and monitors performance scorecard to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
  • Evaluates, reprioritizes, and executes the employment branding strategy.
  • Manages the candidate pool for each requisition, using independent judgment to determine candidate eligibility.
  • Builds a qualified candidate profile and presents candidates to meet client deliverables.
  • Uses influence and persuasion to sell candidates on employment opportunities and negotiate offers.
  • Interfaces with client partners as a hiring consultant to provide innovative solutions to recruiting challenges.
  • Defines and participates in special projects to enhance service offerings.
  • Promotes positive relationships to protect the candidate experience.
  • Develops strategic relationships with RSR peers and leaders to maintain quality client delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum three (3) years of account management, requisition management, or consultative recruiting experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years in a candidate generation role with a proven track record of hiring success.

Nice-to-haves

  • College degree preferred.
  • Coursework or certification such as AIRS, Adler Group, Recruitment Juice, NextLevel Exchange, or Art of Recruiting.
  • Demonstrated track record of understanding clients' functional/technical hiring needs.
  • Proven ability to efficiently screen candidates and consultatively present to hiring teams.
  • Experience in a high-pressure recruiting environment supporting external clients.
