About the position

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is seeking a leader for its talent development and organizational development team. This role involves managing, developing, and driving results for the team while collaborating with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will leverage sound metrics to implement initiatives that accelerate talent pipeline growth and achieve overall talent management goals. Responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert on onboarding, leadership programs, coaching, organizational design, succession planning, workforce strategies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. The position also entails managing the talent strategy execution, overseeing the budget, and preparing reports for management.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Talent Development and Organizational Development staff and goals.
  • Builds and evaluates the skills and capabilities of the talent management and organization development team.
  • Acts as subject matter expert/trusted advisor with senior leaders and business unit managers.
  • Creates and implements a Talent Dynamic Strategy focused on enabling the Bank's workforce.
  • Confers with Bank management to ensure the talent strategy supports diversity and inclusion.
  • Develops TMOD strategies in support of the Bank's overarching talent strategy.
  • Innovates on Bank strategy for talent by designing programs and training.
  • Conducts needs analysis and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of learning efforts.
  • Leads management and executive development programs related to Bank Talent Management Initiatives.
  • Manages vendor relationships in support of the Bank's talent strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree; Master's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
  • Human Resources Certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent development and organizational development.

  • Knowledge of all Federal Reserve System and Board of Governors functions.
