The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full life cycle of recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who align with our values and culture. This role is not just about filling positions; it’s about building relationships with candidates and hiring managers to create a seamless hiring experience. In addition to recruitment, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will engage in employer branding activities to enhance our visibility as an employer of choice. Conducting interviews to assess candidates' qualifications will be a key responsibility, requiring a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of our organizational needs. The Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure that we are attracting the right candidates for each role. Moreover, this position includes weekly payroll preparation duties, ensuring that our employees are compensated accurately and on time. The Talent Acquisition & Payroll Specialist will also assist with employee relations as needed, contributing to a positive workplace culture and addressing any concerns that may arise. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
