About the position

The Sr. Compensation Analyst / Partner position at CBRE is a pivotal role responsible for the design, development, planning, implementation, and delivery of various compensation programs across the organization. This includes executive compensation, sales compensation, and broad-based compensation programs that align with the company's business objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of compensation structures and the ability to analyze and interpret compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent while also ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements, and is part of a larger team dedicated to enhancing the overall compensation framework within CBRE. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of compensation processes and programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business and its employees.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and development of executive compensation programs.
  • Implement and deliver sales compensation strategies that align with business goals.
  • Analyze compensation data to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop compensation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking activities.
  • Provide guidance and support on compensation-related inquiries from employees and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university.
  • 5 or more years of experience in compensation analysis or related field.
  • Experience working with compensation programs is required.
  • Experience in a publicly held company is preferred.
