About the position

The Talent Developer plays a strategic role in supporting employee development within TotalEnergies, particularly in the renewable energy sector. This position focuses on guiding employee development goals, managing mobility processes, and supporting managers in coaching and developing their teams. The role is essential for fostering a culture of continuous learning and development across diverse business areas including Renewables, Biogas, Hydrogen, and Flexible Power & Integration.

Responsibilities

  • Set and guide employee development goals using evaluations, training, and coaching resources.
  • Conduct individual career reviews and define career development objectives.
  • Assist at key job change stages such as job postings, resume building, and interview coaching.
  • Implement group and local HR strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate mobility activities, including job postings and candidate selection.
  • Participate in people reviews and develop talent pools.
  • Assist managers in creating individual training plans to meet organizational needs.
  • Support managers with organizational and interpersonal needs.
  • Aid the Sr. Talent Developer in implementing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in an HR or operational role in the renewable energy industry, ideally in a learning & development role.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering a team spirit.
  • Possess a big picture perspective with a drive to develop teams and managers.
  • Strong active listening skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient at developing relationships and inspiring confidence from managers and employees.
