About the position

The Talent Development Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting Continuing Professional Education (CPE) coordination and processing for all internal Forvis Mazars US training events. This position is responsible for ensuring that all CPE sponsored trainings are processed efficiently within the Forvis Mazars US Learning Management System (LMS), specifically LCvista. The coordinator will manage the documentation required for CPE compliance with NASBA Standards, ensuring that all training events meet the necessary regulatory requirements. In addition to processing CPE requests, the coordinator will handle live group viewing requests from local offices, ensuring that all evaluations and reports are saved and archived appropriately. This role also involves a secondary review of course CPE documentation to guarantee quality and accuracy, which is essential for maintaining compliance standards. The coordinator will support Tier 1 help desk requests related to CPE credit inquiries, instructor credit questions, and credit attestations, providing timely and professional assistance to internal clients. The position requires a proactive approach to day-to-day Learning & Development operations, with the coordinator expected to perform routine tasks that support the overall training and development initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to consult with internal clients in a professional manner. This role is vital for ensuring that the organization meets its educational and compliance goals, contributing to the professional growth of its employees.

Responsibilities

  • Support CPE processing for all internal CPE sponsored trainings in the Forvis Mazars US Learning Management System (LMS) LCvista.
  • Save raw data reporting documentation for CPE compliance with NASBA Standards.
  • Process and complete all internal local office live group viewing requests.
  • Save monthly evaluation reports for CPE compliance with NASBA Standards.
  • Conduct secondary review of course CPE documentation to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Support Tier 1 help desk requests related to CPE credit inquiries, instructor credit questions, credit attestations, and external credit.
  • Archive CPE sessions in the live attendance CPE Check-in tool (Conferencesio).
  • Support day-to-day Learning & Development operations with routine tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • One year or more of experience in a similar role or professional office environment.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Zoom and/or Teams Video Conferencing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, specifically LCVista.
  • Familiarity with compliance documentation requirements related to the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).
