Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research.
  • Cultivate relationships with decision-makers in targeted organizations.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client staffing challenges.
  • Effectively present the agency's value proposition to potential clients.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities and track leads.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to align on client needs and expectations.
  • Nurture existing client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements
