About the position

The Talent Growth Marketing Manager at Sploot Veterinary Care is responsible for developing and executing recruitment-focused marketing strategies to attract and engage top talent. This role involves managing marketing efforts across various channels, including social media, email, and paid campaigns, while collaborating closely with the leadership team and cross-functional departments to align with the company's growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and management of recruitment content across social media platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Design engaging and on-brand content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and videos to attract and retain top talent.
  • Plan and execute paid social media strategies to drive recruitment efforts across relevant platforms.
  • Execute campaigns to generate new candidate leads and nurture them through the hiring lifecycle with ongoing email and social media efforts.
  • Develop and deploy email campaigns using tools like Braze or Greenhouse CRM to engage prospective candidates and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Talent Growth and Acquisition teams to align recruitment marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Use design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite to create visually compelling recruitment marketing materials.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on recruitment or talent acquisition marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Hands-on experience in planning and executing paid social campaigns with a focus on recruitment.
  • Experience working with email marketing platforms to design and run campaigns.
  • Proficiency in design software like Canva or Adobe Suite to create visually appealing posts and emails.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance, draw insights, and optimize based on key metrics.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop engaging content that resonates with a wide range of candidates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience with CRM platforms (Braze, Greenhouse CRM, or similar).
  • Passion for pets and the veterinary industry.
