About the position

The Talent Management Systems Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton is responsible for providing strategic and tactical advice on learning technology systems, including learning management systems (LMS) and Cloud-based technologies. This role involves developing learning solutions to support evolving training requirements and initiatives, working independently with some guidance, and potentially guiding junior employees. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical advice on learning technology systems.
• Develop learning solutions to support training requirements and initiatives.
• Conduct technology-based needs assessments with customers.
• Build and maintain client relationships in a team-based environment.
• Work independently with some guidance and review activities of junior employees.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale LMS, HRIS, or TMS implementations for SaaS or COTs products.
• Experience conducting technology-based needs assessments and documenting technical requirements.
• Experience building client relationships in a professional services environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience facilitating or working on Agile teams.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology or a related field.
