About the position

As a Talent Manager in Contract Finance and Accounting at Robert Half International Inc., you will play a pivotal role in a dynamic team environment. Your primary responsibility will be to negotiate and develop business relationships with both new and existing clients. This involves marketing our services through various channels, including telephone, video calls, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers within accounting and finance departments. In addition to recruitment, you will manage ongoing engagements, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service to both our clients and candidates. This includes providing continuous communication and career guidance to candidates throughout their engagement with us. You will also have the opportunity to represent Robert Half at local trade association meetings and networking events, which will help to enhance our visibility and presence in the local business community.
