About the position

The Talent Manager (Finance & Accounting) at Robert Half is responsible for developing business relationships with clients in the finance and accounting sectors. This role involves recruiting and matching skilled professionals with client projects, managing ongoing engagements, and providing career guidance to candidates. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to market services effectively to decision-makers in various organizations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and develop business with new and current clients.
• Market services via telephone, video, and in-person meetings with hiring managers.
• Recruit, interview, and match accounting and finance professionals with client projects.
• Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates.
• Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase company presence.

Requirements

• Accounting/Finance/Business Administration degree preferred.
• 1+ years finance, accounting, or banking experience preferred.
• 2+ years' experience with Business Development in a Metrics Driven environment.
• Prior success marketing to and closing top level decision makers at small/medium sized businesses.
• Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge and familiarity with accounting and finance department operations.
• Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach.

• Experience with Salesforce or other Contact Management Applications.
