About the position

The Talent & Onboarding Partner at Ardán Inc. is responsible for managing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes within the organization. This role focuses on attracting and retaining quality talent that aligns with the company's core values, ensuring effective collaboration with hiring managers, and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the position requisition process and collaborate with hiring managers on job description development.
  • Create position postings in UKG HRIS system for job vacancies.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial interviews with candidates.
  • Develop innovative external candidate sourcing strategies through various channels.
  • Advise managers and provide training on best practices for interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Manage the receipt of required documents for new hires and facilitate the electronic application process.
  • Provide and process appropriate candidate assessments and background screenings.
  • Leverage analytics and key performance indicators to assess recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics to Leadership.
  • Assist with personnel/job change processing as requested.
  • Maintain employee-related files & documents and perform periodic audits.
  • Forefront the contractor and temporary employee process.
  • Develop and implement strategies that foster a positive work culture.
  • Organize company-wide events to promote employee involvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of current experience in HR or related education/training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Canva.
  • Knowledge of federal employment laws and regulatory compliance guidelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to analyze, integrate, and report data.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with recruitment technology such as BetterTeam, Indeed, and UKG Recruiting.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement strategies.
