About the position

The Talent Operations Business Partner plays a crucial role in managing and leading Talent Operations activities that align with assigned internal clients and business sectors. This position focuses on developing key employees and high-potential talent, ensuring the highest level of service through collaboration with shared services experts. The role involves advising management, supporting discussions on promotions and departmental structures, and leveraging workforce trends to provide insights for talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives while leveraging Talent Operations shared services department experts.
  • Advise other leaders as a member of the management team of the internal client.
  • Support discussions to coordinate promotion and departmental structure.
  • Participate in budgeting and design of succession plans for key talents.
  • Leverage workforce trends to provide management with a talent pulse for their sector.
  • Identify and prepare development plans for key employees and high-potential employees.
  • Act as a single point of advisement for the management of internal clients.
  • Deliver Talent Operations processes, policies, and procedures effectively.
  • Engage with Talent Operations departmental projects cross-functionally.
  • Identify gaps and propose changes to cover risks within the business sector.
  • Promote positive change and associate engagement in the business sector.
  • Support other team members in their sector and educate shared services on business needs.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources required (Generalist or Business Partner preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources related field or equivalent required.
  • HRCI or SHRM (CP or SCP) certification preferred.
  • Strong Business Acumen required.
  • Signature Performance operational experience and knowledge required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Time and priority management skills required.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Labor law knowledge and experience required.
  • Change management experience preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with autonomy.
