About the position

This role critically supports Talent Planning and Learning & Development processes across the Americas. Your main objective will be to ensure efficient talent review, performance management, and our learning management system processes and support. This role will focus heavily on driving continuous improvement and process efficiency across Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for maintaining succession plans within the system that is leveraged for staffing critical roles and removing terminated employees when applicable. Additionally, you will support Talent Calibration systems issues by assisting managers and HR in system-related matters. You will also handle performance reviews by managing the performance assessment launch and any downstream system updates due to grievance addressal. Your responsibilities will include setting up LMS courses, reporting, and launching training; establishing governance for follow-ups and reminders, and ensuring facilitator lists remain current. You will enter learning courses into the Learning Management System (LMS) and indicate the required facilitator profile as needed. Furthermore, you will support operational activities for learning courses, including enrolling users, compiling pre-session attendee emails, sending calendar invites for pre-work, and facilitating the ordering and delivery of participant learning materials. This applies to both virtual and facilitator-led learning courses as well as multi-session learning. You will also support compliance COE with bi-annual training courses, including enrollment and unenrollment, and ensuring reporting requests are completed in line with project plans. Key LMS maintenance and setup activities will also be part of your role, including loading content into the LMS, testing and escalating bugs, sending out pre-work and surveys, and configuring reports as needed for the sites. Finally, you will identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement improvements, optimize workflows, and enhance the overall effectiveness across talent.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in HR operations role, preferably in a talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Must be proficient in English; preferred language capabilities Spanish.
