About the position

The Talent Recruiter at Chick-fil-A is responsible for building a strong and motivated workforce that aligns with the company's values of exceptional customer service and community engagement. This role involves managing the recruitment process, collaborating with restaurant leadership, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings and review resumes.
• Conduct initial phone screens and manage the interview process for various roles within the restaurant.
• Partner with restaurant leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Guide candidates through a smooth and professional hiring process.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientations and initial training.
• Attend career fairs and community events to attract potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all candidates and hiring activity.

Requirements

• Prior experience in human resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage with candidates and leadership in a professional manner.
• Experience using job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms for sourcing candidates.
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• A passion for Chick-fil-A's values of customer service, hospitality, and community.
