About the position

The Talent Sourcer for Executive Recruiting at Community Health Systems is responsible for sourcing candidates for key hospital management positions, particularly within the C Suite. This role focuses on building talent pipelines, screening candidates, and managing the recruitment process to ensure the placement of qualified leaders in the healthcare sector. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various mediums including internal and external database mining, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Actively network to produce internal and external referrals.
• Evaluate and refine sourcing strategies continuously.
• Stay informed on current and emerging technologies for identifying qualified talent.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for critical and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Screen and present candidates for selection to key management roles.
• Conduct pre-screening phone interviews and coordinate hospital interviews.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage recruiting reports and follow-up schedules for new hires.
• Maintain the CRM database with updated candidate information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of work experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, or an administrative role.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• General knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, and regulations preferred.
• Experience with ATS and CRM software preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree preferred.
• Classroom experience in HR or related fields.
