About the position

The Talent Sourcer & Internal Social Media Specialist at Riviera Dining Group Inc. plays a vital role in the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on candidate sourcing and enhancing the company's social media presence. This position involves managing sourcing activities, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, and engaging with candidates to attract top talent. Additionally, the role includes updating and optimizing internal social media content to promote the company's brand and culture, aiming to significantly grow the company's LinkedIn following.

Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy.
  • Work with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas.
  • Source suitable candidates through various channels and present them to recruiters.
  • Draft and send recruiting emails to potential candidates.
  • Utilize sourcing tools and technology effectively.
  • Promote the Employer Brand when reaching out to candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Track pre-defined sourcing metrics and report on them.
  • Follow up on employee referrals.
  • Assist with the interview process or other duties as directed by the CPO.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Partner & Chief People Officer.
  • Optimize the company's social media profiles and ensure professional branding.
  • Post regularly on social media to engage the audience.
  • Utilize multimedia content to enhance engagement rates.
  • Highlight employee contributions and stories to create a human connection.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments and using polls.
  • Encourage employee advocacy for social media content.
  • Use targeted LinkedIn ads to promote key milestones.
  • Join and participate in relevant LinkedIn groups and communities.
  • Monitor KPIs using LinkedIn's analytics tools to measure performance.
  • Share corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, psychology, education, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar HR role.
  • Previous experience in the luxury/upscale hospitality industry.
  • Extremely creative and savvy with online content posting on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Demonstrated affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems, and candidate management systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate with strong sales skills.
  • Ability to effectively present roles and the company to candidates.
  • Ability to make quick decisions.
