About the position

The Talent Sourcing Partner at Trinity Health is responsible for developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract and recruit diverse top talent. This role involves collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners and leadership to understand staffing needs, ensuring a consistent employer brand, and creating a positive experience for applicants. The position focuses on sourcing, assessing, and selecting qualified candidates while fostering relationships with various organizations and communities to build a talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Talent Acquisition Partners and leadership to understand staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Research and analyze data related to candidate sourcing and workforce trends.
  • Create and maintain job advertisements for publications and online postings.
  • Perform sourcing activities including social media and internet mining.
  • Develop relationships with professional organizations and community agencies for recruitment.
  • Source passive candidates through various tactics such as networking and cold calling.
  • Communicate status of searches with Talent Acquisition team members.
  • Manage responses to applicants regarding application status and qualifications.
  • Serve as a resource for candidates in the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a network and database of potential candidates for future reference.
  • Support system-wide sponsored projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of employee benefits and organizational policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Three years of related talent acquisition and sourcing experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Active RN license in applicable state preferred for Nursing Sourcers.
  • Experience in sourcing and recruiting within the healthcare sector or a 3rd party agency.
  • Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience soliciting passive candidates via phone or inside sales.
  • Ability to create compelling employment value propositions.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Workday and Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
  • Intermediate experience with electronic media and social networking for candidate sourcing.
