About The Position
Baja Heat Tanning Salon is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Tanning Salon Consultants. This part-time position is ideal for those who are outgoing, energetic, and possess a positive attitude. As a Tanning Salon Consultant, you will play a crucial role in accurately representing our brand and developing sales strategies aimed at increasing profits while enhancing customer and employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to set and achieve sales goals, thrive on commission-based earnings, and have a strong desire to build a career within our organization. To prepare you for success, you will undergo a comprehensive training program that equips you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting sales goals and other performance criteria, establishing rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships, and creating a positive, motivating, team-based environment. You will also be tasked with resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a clean and organized salon, handling cash transactions, and completing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
