About the position

The Tanning Salon Sales Consultant at Club Sun Tanning Salon is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in a vibrant and welcoming environment. This part-time role involves greeting clients, maintaining salon cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dedicated, and enjoys helping others feel their best while promoting tanning services and products.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all clients that come in to the salon.
• Meet and exceed sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Provide proper recommendations based on client needs.
• Maintain exceptional customer service at all times.
• Go above and beyond for existing and potential new clients.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the salon and participate in deep cleaning.
• Troubleshoot and help repair equipment when capable.

Requirements

• Outstanding sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, including opening or closing the salon alone.
• Physical ability to stoop, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Quick on your feet to assist in cleaning services and assisting clients.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
