About the position

The Tap Manager will be responsible for optimizing the route to market for cold equipment in both on and off-premise settings. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve annual cold penetration goals through strategic market programs and effective budget management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Internal Commercial Team to develop and optimize a robust route to market for cold equipment.
  • Identify opportunities and work with external agencies and partners to drive unique market programs that enhance the penetration of cold equipment.
  • Conduct regular assessments and recaps of market programs to evaluate their effectiveness and impact on cold equipment penetration.
  • Proactively manage allocated budgets to effectively execute market programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and tactics that contribute to achieving sales goals for cold equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the beverage or equipment industry.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
