About the position
The Taproom Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves upholding sanitation and food safety principles, ensuring compliance with internal control standards, and maintaining a positive image of the organization. The Food Runner will also engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction and assist with any requests they may have.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees.
- Deliver food orders to guests quickly and accurately.
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles.
- Check in with guests to ensure their experience is satisfactory.
- Serve prepared food items.
- Examine portioning and garnishing of completed food orders.
- Review orders for accuracy and tabulate checks.
- Handle various impromptu requests from guests.
- Clean and sanitize work station.
- Relay reports of customer satisfaction to management.
- Present a positive image of the Casino to guests and vendors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Hospitality-related kitchen experience preferred.
- Must pass periodic random drug screens.
- Must be able to pass background suitability investigation.
- Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.
