About the position

Bytoa is seeking ambitious, career- and customer-focused Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNA) to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. In this role, you will conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads that are critical to our operations. You will ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information. Your responsibilities will include maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis, as well as identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close those gaps. As a TDNA, you will employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage, and digital footprints. You will apply your knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community (IC) needs and missions while working collaboratively with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise. Your innate curiosity and analytical talent will be essential as you form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, and query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights. You will also be responsible for distilling, documenting, contextualizing, and sharing your findings, including any new tradecraft that you develop, with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and a degree in a relevant field such as Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines. Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
  • Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in Intelligence Analysis, including target development and metadata analysis.
  • Specific labor category determined by years of experience and education degrees.
