The Task Force General Manager will oversee the operations of multiple hotel properties in Nashville, TN, ensuring that all properties meet brand standards and guest expectations. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as experience in temporary employment and taskforce management within the hospitality industry.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple hotel properties in Nashville, TN
  • Ensure that all properties are meeting or exceeding brand standards and guest expectations
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and management of all hotel staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and resolve any issues that arise
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a taskforce role
  • Extensive knowledge of Choice Advantage PMS and the Choice Hotel brand
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel and work in different locations as needed
