About the position

The Task Force Hotel Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate and timely recording and reporting of all financial transactions. This role requires a candidate with significant experience in hotel financial management, particularly within the Hilton brand, and proficiency in relevant financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial operations of the hotel.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
• Manage financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.

• Provide financial analysis and support to the task force team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a controller in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Hilton systems, specifically OnQ / PEP.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance.
• Ability to travel immediately as part of a task force team.
