• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized studio environment, ensuring all displays and materials are visually appealing and sanitized.
• Leverage knowledge of tattooing techniques and styles to assist clients in selecting the perfect artist or service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and responding to feedback via platforms like Instagram, Google, Yelp, and email.
• Showcase Uplift Tattoo's unique offerings and promote our talented team of tattoo artists and body piercers.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and enhance overall studio performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the tattoo and piercing industry.
• Familiarity with tattoo artistry, designs, or techniques is a plus.
