Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, S-Corp, partnership, and other various tax returns for a diverse group of clients.
• Track Tax Return progress in XCM.
• Manage client relationships and satisfaction through open communication and follow up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• 150 Credit Hours (As required for the CPA Exam) or demonstrated pursuit of 150 credit hours.
• Strong problem-solving, logic and reasoning capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
• A demonstrated ability to remain organized and prioritize under time-sensitive and challenging conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of tax experience (Preferred).
• 1 year of tax return preparation (Preferred).
• 1 year of client management (Preferred).
• CPA (Preferred).
