About the position

Kawa, Ascenzi, Corbishley & Carroccio CPAs is seeking a Tax Accountant to join their team, offering both full-time and part-time positions. The role focuses on the preparation of various tax returns and financial statements, providing a balanced work-life environment and valuing team contributions.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of income tax returns for corporations, individuals, partnerships, and trusts.
• Perform tax planning and research.
• Assist with new client proposals and firm development.
• Prepare reviewed and compiled financial statements.
• Review and perform write-up and accounting services for clients using QuickBooks.

Requirements

• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Drake tax software.
