About the position

The Tax Accountant position at CSI Leasing, Inc. is designed to support the income tax department by preparing tax returns and workpapers for the company's North American subsidiaries. This role involves collaboration with the Tax Manager to ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations, as well as assisting in the preparation of various tax-related documents and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the tax research and preparation of CSI's US Federal and State tax returns including preparation of Forms 1120, 5471, and supporting schedules for each.
• Assist in the tax research and preparation of CSI's Canadian Tax Returns.
• Assist in the preparation of workpapers for CSI's US GAAP audit.
• Assist with the preparation and filing of Annual Reports and other miscellaneous filings for CSI Leasing and its US subsidiaries.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting
• Advanced Excel capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Strong attention to detail
