The Accounting Tax Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional personal service to a segment of small business clients in Warrenville, IL. This role involves supervising and reviewing compilations, preparing and reviewing tax filings, and assisting clients with ongoing tax planning. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to maintain long-lasting client relationships and an entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding personal service to small business clientele.
• Supervise and review compilations and tax filings (S Corp, Partnership, 1040).
• Assist clients with ongoing tax planning.
• Maintain frequent interaction with clients to ensure smooth workflow.
• Contribute to the growth of the business with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Accounting Firm experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Licensed CPA in Illinois or on the path to receive CPA or EA licensure.
• Experience preparing 1040's and small business tax returns.
• Strong communication skills for daily client interactions.
