About the position

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. This part-time position allows you to work 100% remotely, providing tax advice and full-service return preparation to clients using Intuit TurboTax products. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of paid tax experience and an active PTIN, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and navigating tax complexities.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation.
• Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers.
• Document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney).
• Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Excellent customer service skills.
