This position is ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of tax experience who are either CPA certified or actively pursuing their CPA designation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex tax returns, including 990s, 1120s, and 1040s, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide guidance on multi-state tax filings and strategies, as applicable.
• Mentor and oversee junior accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of client deliverables.
• Maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and responding to inquiries professionally.
• Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring clients remain compliant while optimizing tax planning opportunities.

Requirements

• CPA designation or actively working toward it.
• 3-5 years of tax experience in public accounting.
• Experience with complex tax returns, including 990s, 1120s, and 1040s.

Nice-to-haves
