About the position

As a tax professional, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients both face-to-face and through various virtual tools such as video, phone, chat, and email. Your primary duties will include preparing complete and accurate tax returns, generating business growth, increasing client retention, and offering additional products and services. You will also provide clients with IRS support and support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to grow your tax expertise in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with virtual tools - video, phone and chat
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing
• Must meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher
