Responsibilities
- Assist clients with trust, estate, and gift planning.
- Provide legal advice on mergers and acquisitions.
- Advise on state and local tax matters.
- Assist clients with Medicaid eligibility and tax reduction strategies.
- Develop asset protection and charitable giving strategies.
- Support business succession planning.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed attorney in any U.S. jurisdiction.
- At least one year of experience as a practicing attorney.
- Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Willingness to obtain a license to practice law in West Virginia.
