About the position
The Tax Credit Apartment Leasing Specialist position at The Liberty Group involves engaging with prospective residents and facilitating the leasing process at luxury apartment communities. This role is essential for promoting the community's value and ensuring a positive leasing experience for residents.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with prospective residents
- Communicating the value and overall experience of living at the community
- Securing lease agreements
- Initiating the process to screen prospective residents
- Communicating lease expirations and facilitating lease renewals
- Assisting with property marketing activities and resident events
Requirements
- Familiarity with apartment/multi-family leasing and Fair Housing regulations
- Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing
- Valid I.D.
- Bilingual candidates preferred
- Experience with luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit is a plus
Nice-to-haves
- Apartment software experience
