About the position

The Tax Director position is a key role within a full-service family office practice that specializes in comprehensive tax planning for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and their businesses. This role involves overseeing tax management and ensuring high-quality service delivery to a unique clientele, including multi-billion dollar families. The position offers a collaborative work environment with a focus on work-life balance, especially during busy seasons.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax planning and compliance for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and their families.
• Manage a team of tax professionals and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement tax strategies that align with client goals.
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide expert tax advice.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.

Requirements

• Active CPA license is required.
• 10+ years of Public Accounting experience and/or Wealth Management/Registered Investment Advisor/Family Office experience.
• 5+ years of Tax Management experience.
• Demonstrated solid tenure in past roles.
